I've been interested in alternative medicine, the human body, and everything esoteric for as long as I can remember. I was that kid that played with rocks and crystals instead of dolls.

In 2013, I found Chinese Medicine while I was suffering from high stress, anxiety, and brutally painful periods. It changed my life. Immediately, I knew I wanted to learn this wonderful medicine and help others feel better without drugs or surgery.

In I graduated in 2017 with my Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I am also a certified Usui Reiki Master. I have been practicing Reiki since 2017 and I love combining the wisdom of these two modalities to help others on their healing journey.

My Anxiety Story
I had always been an anxious person, the pessimistic worrier since as far back as I can remember.
But it wasn't until about a year after I started my career as an acupuncturist when the panic attacks started.
Does any of this sound like you? Because this what happened to me...
Panic attacks were striking almost weekly, each one more paralyzing than the last.
I dreaded going grocery shopping and running errands. I would go early Monday morning so I could avoid as many people as possible.
Being around crowds and all the decision making was absolute torture.
Giving myself pep-talks before I got out of the car before meeting friends because my social anxiety was unbearable.
Or just avoiding going out altogether and holing up in my apartment all weekend long.
Obsessing over every little single thing I ever said or did until I was about to lose my mind. The list goes on.
Feeling powerless, I realized I needed to act before anxiety took over completely. As an acupuncturist and Reiki master, I was so busy helping others that I forgot to use the tools I knew worked.
Once I applied these holistic practices—acupuncture, meditation, Reiki, nutrition, and movement—my anxiety lifted. I then used what I learned with my patients, and it worked for them too.
That’s why I created this course, to share these powerful techniques and knowledge with you so you can start taking control of your anxiety, too.
